Care
Machine wash cold, gently cycle, tumble dry low. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Iron at lowest setting if needed.

HiEnd Accents will accept dropship orders for an additional charge of $10.00 per order. 

Dropship orders can be submitted to orders@hiendaccents.com or placed on our Partner website. Dropship orders cannot be placed over the phone.

All sales are final for dropships. If an item is shipped incorrectly or damaged, HiEnd Accents will make every effort possible to get the correct item to the customer. If an incorrect item is to be returned, HiEnd Accents will issue a return letter and pre-paid shipping label with an RA. Failure to return incorrect items will result in a replacement invoice charge.

We do not automatically add a signature requirement to dropship orders. If you would like to add a required signature to delivery, there will be a $5 fee per box. Please add this to your order when faxed or email in. HiEnd Accents will not be responsible for lost packages.

Dropship orders will be confirmed in writing within 24 hours or 1 business day. Tracking numbers are transmitted via FedEx automatic email notifications. HiEnd Accents is unable to ship to PO boxes, APO and FPO.

In the unfortunate event that you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective, please e-mail the following information to cs@hiendaccents.comso that we can get you taken care of:

1. Invoice number or corresponding PO to the merchandise
2. Style number of the merchandise in question
3. Brief explanation of the issue
4. Quantity of the defective/damaged items
5. A photograph of the item in question which shows the quality issue or damage

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 business hours, although they may take longer in extenuating circumstances.

All products are shipped from Irving, TX.

FedEx Ground shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 additional business days to arrive. If you live in a remote region, sometimes it can take more.

For trade partners, all sales are final unless an item is received defective, damaged or missing.

To submit a claim for a defective, damaged or missing item, please email us at cs@hiendaccents.com. Claims must be received within 10 days of receipt.

If a piece is defective, damaged or missing, we can either issue a credit or send a replacement for the piece(s) in question. All replacements will be sent via standard ground shipping.
