We offer flat-rate shipping across the Continental US. Orders over $250 ship free.

Most orders process and ship the same or next business day from our Irving, Texas warehouse. From there, FedEx Ground typically takes 1–3 business days, occasionally longer for remote regions.

You'll receive tracking the moment your order leaves us.

We currently ship within the Continental US only. We don't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international addresses, and we can't reach APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

PO boxes aren't standard, but if you need one, email hello@hiendaccents.com and we'll find a way to make it work.

Not at the moment. We're a small team focused on getting every order out the door quickly with FedEx Ground — most parcels ship within one business day.

Texas requires us to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Every piece ships with care instructions on the sewn-in label. Most of our bedding can be machine-washed cold and tumble-dried low; specialty fabrics like velvet and silk ask for a gentler hand. When in doubt, the label is the source of truth — and our team is happy to walk you through it.

Sizing lives on each product page, just below the title. If you need anything more specific — bed dimensions, drop length, fill weight — email hello@hiendaccents.com and we'll get you the answer.

A duvet cover is a removable shell that needs an insert to fill it — like a pillowcase, but for your bed. It's the easiest way to wash and refresh your bedding.

A comforter comes pre-filled, which is more convenient but harder to launder.

A bedding set is what we call our collections that come in both options. Many of our designs ship as both, so you can pick whichever style fits your routine.

Our Super sizes are designed for taller modern mattresses and stacked mattress-and-topper setups.

Super King measures 110" × 96" and Super Queen measures 92" × 96" — a few inches longer and wider than standard. The result is better drape, more side coverage, and a more polished bed even on traditional mattress heights.

We source globally — wherever we can find the best quality at the right price, leaning into each partner's unique craftsmanship. That means our pieces are made by skilled makers across several countries, with each fabric, weave, or finish coming from the team that does it best.

Some pieces work across both aesthetics, so you may receive an order branded as one or the other depending on which label was sewn in — the product itself is the same.
