We offer Flat Rate Shipping at the following rates:

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within one business day, unless requested otherwise.  All merchandise is shipped from Irving, TX with Standard FedEx Ground shipping.  Depending on where you live, FedEx ground shipping takes anywhere between 2-7 additional business days to arrive.

Do You Offer Express Shipping?

We do not offer Express Shipping options at checkout.  Please call us if you are interested in expedited shipping. 

Where Do You Ship?

We ship to the continental US only and do not yet ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

Shipping within Texas

Items sold by HiEnd Accents are subject to sales tax when shipping to destinations in Texas. 

Other Important Shipping Information

We do not perform international drop ship orders due to the taxes and duties imposed.

Any changes made to orders may result in shipping delays. Any changes must be in writing.
