Orders are usually processed and shipped the same day or the next business day.
All products are shipped from Irving, TX with standard FedEx Ground shipping.Â
FedEx ground shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 additional business days to arrive. If you live in a remote region, sometimes it can take more.
We currently do not offer express shipping as a standard checkout option. If you need an order soon, please send us an email at cs@hiendaccents.com and we'll make it work!
A duvet cover requires an insert, such as one of our cozy down or down alternative inserts.
A comforter comes pre-filled, adding convenience but limiting some flexibility in selecting your own insert.

If I could give these towels ten stars I would! Not only are they beautiful, but so soft as well. We bought the entire Aztec Bear Collection (trash can, soap dispenser, tissue box holder, Melamine dish set, kitchen towels, pot holders, throw pillows) for our travel trailer, and are so pleased with the quality and look of each piece! These towels come in a cream and a brown and the two colors mixed together are perfect. We've only used them a couple times, so I can't say how they will hold up over time, but so far they have washed well with no shrinking, piling, or fading. If this changes I will update this review.
