Orders are usually processed and shipped the same day or the next business day.
All products are shipped from Irving, TX with standard FedEx Ground shipping.
FedEx ground shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 additional business days to arrive. If you live in a remote region, sometimes it can take more.
We currently do not offer express shipping as a standard checkout option. If you need an order soon, please send us an email at cs@hiendaccents.com and we'll make it work!
A duvet cover requires an insert, such as one of our cozy down or down alternative inserts.
A comforter comes pre-filled, adding convenience but limiting some flexibility in selecting your own insert.

While doing a revamp of our master bedroom, I needed a particular color of pillows for my new bedding. After a long search I found HiEnd Accents online and there were the pillows in the exact color I was searching for! Immediately placed my order and the package arrived promptly, but with only one pillow! I called the customer service number and sent an email. First thing the following morning I am in contact with HiEnd Accents. They were so friendly and extremely apologetic for the error of the shipment assuring me the missing pillow would on its way to me immediately! Just a few days later the package arrived and now my master bedroom is awesome and complete!!
