Where pattern is built into the cloth.
Our quilt program runs from faux silk velvet box-stitch to stonewashed cotton velvet — three-layer construction throughout, often reversible, and built to layer with our comforters and coverlets or to stand alone as the top of the bed in warmer months.
The construction
Three layers stitched together — face, batting, backing. Box stitch, pintuck, channel, diamond, patchwork. The quilt’s pattern is stitched, not printed.
The hand
Lighter than a comforter, more dimensional than a coverlet. The right top layer for warmer months, or the second layer in a fully built bed.
The reverse
Most of the program reverses to a second face — print to solid, dark to light — so a single quilt carries two beds inside it.
