Shipping

Orders ship free via FedEx Ground on purchases of $250 or more. Below that, shipping is a flat $5, $10, or $15 depending on order size.
We pack and ship from our Irving, Texas warehouse the same or next business day, and Ground delivery typically arrives within 1–3 business days. Tracking is sent the moment your order leaves us.
We currently ship within the continental U.S. only. We’re unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or international addresses.

Returns

Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Final Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged.
Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive your return. You’re welcome to use your own carrier, or we can email you a prepaid FedEx label for a flat $20, deducted from your refund. Return shipping is on us if an item arrives damaged or defective.

THE FABRIC

FROM EUCALYPTUS TO SILKY SOFTNESS

Our Eucalyptus fabric begins as eucalyptus-derived wood pulp, dissolved and regenerated into fine lyocell fibers. The result is an exceptionally smooth hand, fluid drape and soft sheen that catches the light without looking glossy. Breathable fibers absorb and release moisture for a cooler, drier feel, giving solid sheets, printed duvet covers and our pintuck quilt the same silky finish.
