Orders are usually processed and shipped the same day or the next business day.
All products are shipped from Irving, TX with standard FedEx Ground shipping.
FedEx ground shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 additional business days to arrive. If you live in a remote region, sometimes it can take more.
We currently do not offer express shipping as a standard checkout option. If you need an order soon, please send us an email at cs@hiendaccents.com and we'll make it work!
A duvet cover requires an insert, such as one of our cozy down or down alternative inserts.
A comforter comes pre-filled, adding convenience but limiting some flexibility in selecting your own insert.

I purchased a coverlet set which included pillow shams. A few months after purchase the zippers on both shams broke. Because I love the coverlet and color, I decided to purchase new shams. I am hoping that the zippers in the new shams aren’t defective, as well.

The standard sham is sized generously to fit a queen size pillow comfortably. The linen is not scratchy, and the quilted pattern is easy to coordinate with any other patterns, floral, geometric, stripes... These are truly a luxurious item, made by HiEnd, and you may wan to check out the HiEnd quilts that coordinate with these shams. I purchased the quilt and shams in sea glass (perfect summer shade) color for master bedroom, and navy shams and quilts in Navy blue, which is also a deep, beautiful navy. Pricing is awesome, I checked it out on HiEnd website!
